Meet Clair,
Clair Bartley is the executive director and co-founder of Paths to Independence. Starting her teaching career 21 years ago in Norman, OK. Clair passionately continues to teach and create new and exciting opportunities for children and young adults with special needs.
Clair is certified to teach students ages 3-21 and obtained National Board Certification in 2002 under the area of Early Childhood through Young adulthood/Exceptional Needs Specialist.
